Free shipping
Marketplace listings feature free shipping. Shipping details may be gathered during PayPal checkout. For questions about an address or shipment, email support with your order number as early as possible.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
All sales final — no voluntary returns or exchanges. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Nothing in this policy restricts rights required by law or applicable PayPal buyer protections.
For a damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, contact support promptly with your order number and clear photographs. For cancellation requests, contact support as soon as possible; cancellation after payment is not guaranteed.
